Sourcing

We’ll manage your RFQs and RFIs by staying with them every step of the way, tracking their progress and keeping you in the loop. Our stringent supplier qualification process includes providing you with time-tested auditing and supplier agreements that ensure the quality of your merchandise.

Our experienced Trade Compliance team is available to help provide answers. Whether you require product classification and duty valuation review, or are interested in your supply chain (including your suppliers) being compliant with various international security guidelines such as C-TPAT or AEO, we are here to help.

Purchasing Support
We make the management of your international supply base less of a drain on your company’s own valuable time and resources. When you dispatch a purchase order, we will conduct a thorough review and confirm the shipping dates. Throughout the production process, we keep in close contact with your suppliers to ensure production stays on track and shipping arrangements are made in a timely fashion.
Quality
Assurance
Our Quality Assurance team works with your requirements to prevent and resolve quality issues. We have the capability to conduct product quality audits at a supplier’s location both during production and just prior to shipment. Our management of a disciplined corrective action process helps your company identify root causes to any issues if they arise, and ensures appropriate resolution. LPGS also facilitates an Engineering Change Request (ECR) process to ensure changes are documented and approved by all the necessary parties.
